RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

All sales or transactions are final once order is placed. We do not allow returns, exchanges or refunds as this is a consumable product. Unless there have been a mistake such that the wrong item was sent out, we will do an exchange. A refund is only possible if the item is out-of stock.

Returns and exchanges must be informed within 3 working days from the date of delivery for local mails and 1 month for international mails.

​We will accept exchanges or returns for items purchased online subject to the following conditions:
1. Items must be returned in unopened, not consumed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached.
3. We will not accept returns for items that are purchased at discounted price or during promotion.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT​​

Our preferred checkout is PayPal. Should you prefer other types of payment, please contact us with at mail@royalbali.com.sg with your personal details, your orders and preferred type of payment.

​All PayPal orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification with the credit cardholder and issuing bank. You may be contacted to provide further verification of your billing information within 1-2 business days. In the event that your credit card is not authorized, we reserves the right to cancel your order. Should this occur, an email notification will be sent. ​​

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
​​We accept orders from all over the world. Shipping charges will be calculated and charged separately.

SHIPPING​​​​
Shipping is FREE for all orders in Singapore. We use TAQBIN in Singapore for our delivery.

For international orders, postage charges will be charged separately.

All orders are scheduled for TAQBIN pickup from Monday through Sunday, excluding public holidays. ​​​
